December 28 2009 I recently sent you a regulator to be repaired for my 1993 Chrysler. (Order ID: 200911285347448 Order date: November 28, 2009) I mailed it on a Saturday morning and you sent it back to me on Monday afternoon/evening. Unbelievable! I installed the rebuilt regulator and it is working as well as the original equipment did when new. The quality of your repairs and your response time were excellent. The Chevy dealership in town wanted $344 dollars for the regulator (not even the motor) and then another $150 to install it. I bought yours for $115 and installed it myself in about an hour. My son's regulator had stopped going back up and we had a local shop give us a price of getting it fixed. They gave us a price of $600+ to replace it. So I got home and thought, I can freaking take off the door panel and remove it myself, so why not look on the internet to find a new regulator. During the search I found your website, read about your service and looked over my broken regulator. The cable had broken away from the white plastic, so thought it worth a gamble to send it to see if your shop could repair it. Got it back really fast and works great. Im actually a Acura Tech. and employee cost on a new regulator was over 225, I was gonna try a aftermarket knock off for 50 of ebay but the pile of junk didnt even fit and had stripped mounting threads! When the window in my 2002 Corvette began to make grinding noises I imagined big bucks in repairs at the dealers shop. After searching for a repair service on the internet I found your service offering repairs or replacements at very fair prices, and gave you a try. Very glad I did. I shipped it out to you on a Friday and got it back the next Thursday. The total time from removing to shipping to reinstalling the regulator was under 4 days. The regulator works great and is better than new and at a very fair price -- $85. This compares very favorably to the dealer’s price quote which was in excess of $500 dollars. Aaron Estes Sun, 14 Jan 2007 20:17:01 GMT 2000 Cadillac Catera Hi Alexander - Just wanted you to know that I did receive the rear window regulators that you repaired, and I had my mechanic install them last week. They work perfectly, and I cannot thank you enough. Here's a bit of my story. Please feel free to post it on your website, if you like. Just after Christmas, I went to my local dealership to find out how much it would cost to replace both rear window regulators for my 2000 Cadillac Catera and learned that the cost of the parts would total approximately $1,300 (not including labor). With labor, I was probably looking at spending around $1,700. I was stunned. As a school teacher who does not make a tremendous amount of money, I knew I could not afford that. The dealership offered to "stick up" my windows for $300; if I went that route, the windows still wouldn't work, but they wouldn't fall down anymore. It was then that I decided to check out options on the internet; I found Alexander's website and decided to mail my regulators to him for repair. I was a little nervous about sending off the regulators to someone I'd never met, but when faced with the exorbitant price of new regulators, I decided it was worth the risk. It definitely was! Alexander repaired both rear window regulators very quickly and shipped them back,as good as new. The cost was $170, a savings of more than $1,000. I just had my mechanic install them this week, and both rear windows now work perfectly. I would highly recommend Alexander's work. If I (or any of my friends or family) ever need new regulators in the future, regulator usa will be where I go. Thank you, Alexander. When I visited your website, I thought surely this was too good to be true; however, the approx $400 estimate from the dealer was great motivation to try out your $55 service! Especially since you explained how quickly you can get it back to me as well as exactly what I should do to keep the window up and drive the car during the rework process. Well, unlike any other service I've experienced (online or otherwise), I was amazed at the outstanding customer relations and step-by-step email communication to confirm payment, receipt and shipment of my window regulator. I noticed your "hands-on" turn-around time was only 7 hours! Your FEDEX shipment back to me permitted me to re-install it in the vehicle the same day it arrived. Also, your claim that it would be stronger than the OEM... I see what you meant by that; I don't think it will break again! I have already begun to inform others of your great service. Thank you for the prompt and meticulous service you performed for me last week. The Pontiac regulator you rebuilt works fast and smooth, and better than it ever did. This is the second regulator you rebuilt for me; the first was a Chrysler convertible rear regulator that I brought to you in person at your workshop in Brooklyn a couple years ago.
